Refund policy
At Lex the Label, every piece is carefully designed and packaged with love. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include all tags and accessories (if applicable).
- Be free of damage caused after delivery.
- Returns are currently available for U.S. orders only.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Earrings (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
- Customized or personalized jewelry.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact info.lexthelabel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the item and packaging.
We'll work quickly to make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Purchases from Lex The Label Retailers
If you purchased Lex The Label jewelry from a retailer that carries our products in their storefront, please note that we are unable to offer replacements for any piece that was not purchased directly through shop-lexthelabel.com.
Damaged Items
If your Lex The Label piece arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a complimentary replacement if you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Packages & Items
If your Lex The Label package is lost or stolen after shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Lex The Label is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages or items once they have been shipped and marked as delivered.
